Our Promise

The Kilted Leatherworker LLC stands behind every piece we craft. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

What is Covered

• Structural failure of stitching or hardware (buckles, snaps, rivets).
• Material defects in the leather hide that compromise the product's integrity.

What is NOT Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or the natural patina/darkening of leather over time.
• Damage from abuse, neglect, improper care, or exposure to extreme conditions.
• Stretching of leather (a natural property of the material).
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

How to Claim

Contact info@kiltedleatherworker.com with photos of the issue. If covered, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping to our workshop; we cover return shipping for warranty repairs.
